If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions! - The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa. - Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival. - Kid friendly! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.).
